Welcome to Elenmental X

My name is Tom Heather, im a working music producer, who co-runs my own studio. I've been creating music for over 6 years now, and its taken that long to find my inspiration for the album I'm currently mastering; 'sex with a speaker is not a crime'.

Listening to my music may bring a simiular reminder of My favourtie bands, from Postal Service, daft punk, justice and mr Hudson etc, they have all in some way contributed to the chosen sounds, structure, effects and style of recording within each of my tracks.

I anticipate that my music will stimulate people to not only hear my music but also feel in order to decipher its message. I want it to be an experience, which can trigger memories and thoughts. I'd like my music to be associated with a variety of moods and feelings, such as a song that reminds you of summer, perhaps a tune that gives you that Friday feeling, or an anthem that reminds you of the one you love.

I don't like to isolate my artistic genre to one sole category, however if it had to generalize I would class it as a blend of electro- subpop- triphop- dance. I hope that the energy I put into my music creates exhilarating, electrifying and experimental sounds, .which get peoples blood pumping and their bodies moving

I am always wanting to learn more about instruments and ways of making music and sound; I'm currently in the process of learning the violin and I'm experienced in working with synths…

The reason I'm putting time and effort in to this is because I also want to perform my music live, just so I can hit more of a wider market

Until my debut album is finished by mid summer, I will be updating you with demos, snippets of new tracks, music videos, other artists I work with and up and coming events.
